Two of the artworks on the Buehrle Foundation Website mention Cailleux in their provenance: François-André Vincent's "Young Lady with a Turban" and Francesco Guardi's The Crucifixion.
The German Lost Art Foundation lists 17 artworks that mention Cailleux in the provenance, most of which are "acquisitions for the so-called Führer Museum in Linz".
As part of the Cailleux Project, we collect references to Cailleux in catalogs. The 1976 Toledo Museum of Art European Paintings (introduction by Otto Wittmann) contains numerous mentions of Cailleux.
