Ses mains principales tiennent le kartrika et la coupe crânienne, et ses deux autres bras levés brandissent le glaive et le trident. Son corps est très richement paré de bijoux. Ses quatre têtes ont une expression féroce avec leurs trois yeux exhorbités sous des sourcils froncés flammés et leur bouche ouverte aux dents acérées. Les fronts sont ceints d'une tiare formée de crânes humains. La divinité est vêtue d'un court tissu maintenu à la taille par une ceinture constituée de têtes humaines. Elle est entourée de quatre démones nues dansantes brandissant une coupe crânienne et une kartika. Un cavalier habite la partie inférieure gauche du thangka. Les bords du thangka sont couverts d'une tente abritant des offrandes à la divinité, d'animaux noirs ainsi que de corps humains ouverts dont les organes sont apparents.
